1. Assured period of time needed for funds transfer from a casino account into external payment services (every payment system except Visa) makes up 72 hours.

   Assured period of time needed for payouts onto Visa payment card can take up to 10 bank days.

2. Average period of time needed for funds transfer from a casino account into external payment service:
   • Visa: up to 10 bank days;
   • WebMoney: 10-15 minutes;
   • PayCash: up to 72 hours;
   • MoneyMail: up to 72 hours;
   • RUpay: up to 72 hours;
   • E-Gold: 10-15 minutes;
3. If you requested a withdrawal, but the funds have not arrived yet, stay calm. There can be several reasons for this:
   • You might have failed to press Send money at the second page for withdrawal registration (the one with payment details).

     If this is the case, then the funds are secured from your account. You can either confirm or cancel the withdrawal by clicking a link in Results column of Withdrawals in progress.

   • The payment service might be experiencing a problem itself. In this case, please refer to the support service of the corresponding payment service.

   If the period of time for funds transfer has expired, but funds have not arrived and it is not in your casino account, please contact Our Support Team and let us know about your problem.
