The following rules and restrictions are in effect in Breeze Casino in order to provide a better security:
Financial transaction
1. A Breeze Casino customer must have a confirmed (working and accessible) e-mail account regardless of the nature of his/her financial transactions.
This rule ensures a possibility to contact you about financial transactions, password retrieval, and any problems whatsoever.
2. If you have failed to enter your e-mail account before your first deposit (or withdrawal), you will be required to provide one. After that a message with a PIN code will be forwarded to your e-mail account.
An e-mail account is considered to be confirmed once you enter the received PIN code in the corresponding field in "My study :: Personal details".
3. It is impossible for Breeze Casino customers with money in regular casino accounts to change e-mail account to a blank one.
4. Customers with money in regular Breeze Casino accounts can retrieve their forgotten passwords through e-mail solely.

Casino Authorization
1. Your password must have at least 6 characters.
2. The number of unsuccessful attempts of authorization at the casino is limited.
3. If the number of successive attempts of authorization exceeds 5, your account is automatically blocked for one hour.
Should such an attempt occur to one of those Breeze Casino customers who entered an e-mail, they will receive a notification about the password-picking attempt, temporary blocking of the casino account, and a PIN code for unlocking a previous account.
If your casino account is locked and you would like to unlock it sooner than the procedure allows, you should contact Our Support from the e-mail account entered in your personal details stating your request, your full name under which you are registered with the casino and the received PIN.
